The Local Heroes, is a tribute band to Dire Straits and their guitarist, singer and songwriter Mark Knopfler, formed in 2003 by Alessandro Borille, always profound admirer of the band that has collected in the 80's unparalleled success.

The common denominator of the band members is a true passion for the particular kind of music that the eclectic Mark Knopfler has proposed more than 30 years now.
